Open to all, informal hoop class suitable for all levels.

Hooping is made easier using adult sized aerobic hoops. So even if you think you can't do it give it try and you may be surprised.

Hoops are provided for each session. 
Also the chance to buy your own to practise at home. 
As practise makes perfect.

Cotton clothing is preferred as the hoops slip less. Please wear enclosed trainers.

If you would like a class near you, please let me know. Classes available for groups and one to one.

 Different style classes are available:

Hoop Fitness= An aerobic workout with hooping on the core.
Great for aiding weight loss and toning up, tum, legs and bums.
 
Hoop Dance =  Learning skills and self expression dancing with the hoop on and off the body.
Great exercise and for developing hoop skills and confidence.
 
Hoop Dance Fitness= Combines both the Hoop Fitness and Hoop Dance into one session. 
Get the best of both worlds.
 
Hoop-Pilates= Hoop Fitness moves and Pilates exercises using a hoop. Best of both aerobic and muscle lengthening and strengthening.

Hula Hooping= Adult and child friendly session, with hoop skills and games to get you active.
 
The classes can be changed to suit your needs and preferences. You can choose one style or to have a varied mix of all styles. Why not try a class today!
