I really do think the pilates classes help to strengthen my back and you make it so easy for us to leave out anything we find too difficult.   I look forward to continuing in September.

 I attend your Pilates class in Tenterden 6.30-7.30pm on Tuesdays.
I have found the class very beneficial - the group is not too big, I find I really unwind after a day at work, I have noticed my core strength improving and I really like the relaxation session at the end - nice way to finish the session. 
I like your teaching methods too - you are very calm, relaxed and interested in us as students - you seem to care that we are doing things the right way and are getting something from the session. 
You are also good at adding variety to the sessions by introducing various props. 
Can't think of anything else to add really, just wish I haven't missed so many recently as I miss it.

I attend your Mon (Benenden) & Tues (6.30 Tenterden) Pilates & Hooping
My core strength and flexibility had steadily improved but there is still plenty of work to do.
I like the cardio effect of the hooping but need to do a lot more!
I always feel really good and alive after Pilates, hooping is just a good laugh.
The 41 inch hoop I purchased  is great, but I maybe should have gone for just a touch smaller.
I am really enjoying the classes and they are a great price compared to other local ones. Paying for 6 weeks at a time is sensible and makes sure I attend!
Being in Tenterden and working 9-5.30 I would like to see a local class on a Thursday or Friday as my local classes are Monday and Tuesday, I would like to be able to spread it out. I do really enjoy doing hooping straight after Pilates too as I have the energy for it as I feel so good after a Pilates class.

I started attending your Pilates classes on Tuesday at 6.30 pm after the one I had been attending for a year, with another instructor, closed due to insufficient numbers.
 I have found your classes much more beneficial and enjoyable as we use bands and balls, which create variety and make the excercises more effective.
 I feel attending the classes has made me aware of my posture when walking and sitting and I can see a slight improvement with my tummy muscles, although I know that I need to be much more dedicated to make a real difference in this area.

Pilates classes – Monday mornings – Tenterden.   I have really enjoyed the Pilates classes.  They compliment my swimming, cycling & walking activities by controlled muscle exercises, and also reminding me about the pelvic floor!!!   In the past I have invested in a foam roll, stretchy bands, weights, and now a soft ball….. all of which gather dust as I really need the discipline of a class to continue exercising.  Lorna is an excellent knowledgeable teacher, whose calm manner and thoughtful programme really makes Pilates enjoyable and beneficial.  I walk out of the classes on air having loosened up stiff joints!  I do hope Monday morning classes will resume in September.  Katie 

Just to say have  I enjoyed both Pilates classes and the hooping sessions in Ashford that Lorna has instructed, Lorna is always very helpful and her  classes cater for all ages and abilities.
